Personal Statement from the Broker/Owner Jeff Gainsborough

I've been in the mortgage business since 1992 started as a loan officer and then founded Foremost Mortgage Company in 1997 a Texas based mortgage lender Direct Endorsed by FannieMae and FreddieMac as a seller servicer serving 21 states, I sold the company in 2000. I also owned a Gainsborough Mortgage, Inc. a broker shop from 2001 to 2006. So as you can see I've been involved with all aspects of running a mortgage lender and broker for over 17 years. I was also on the "Tom Martino Show" on 740am as one of their mortgage experts answering mortgage questions from his callers for 3 years. Tom Martino is a consumer advocate and his show has helped thousands save time and money! My record in this industry is stellar and have passed all audits with flying colors. I founded Fast Mortgage Loans, Inc. in 2007 a Texas owned and Houston based company doing loans throughout the state of Texas! I will even go to your closing at the Title Company to make sure your loan closes and funds the same day.
